Here
is a quick and easy recipe on blending various fruits together to get a
kick start in the morning. Once you've set up you blender, follow these
simple steps.
1. Peel up to four Bananas, chop them into small pieces and drop them into the blender.
2. Grab four Oranges. Squeeze out all the juice into a container, (you can use an Orange juicer/squeezer) and pour it into blender.
3. Add a cup full of water to soften the Bananas.
4. Next, scoop out 250g of a 500g tub of 100% natural yogurt into the blender (that's half the tub).
5. Place the lid onto the blender, then turn it on for 1 to 2 minutes.
6. Once this is done, pour the contents into two separate glasses and serve.
As mentioned before, you can use a variation of fruits which ever best suits you.
