Fog in London: Strange Weather Patterns

What has been causing the recent weather changes in the atmospher?

Since the summer, the weather has not been as predictable as one might believe.

There has been some strange weather patterns in London this year. The summer months were not as hot as it had been predicted prior to the season. There was no more than just a handful of days where the weather was at it's best, but most of the time people were found wearing their Autumn best rather than their summer time wear.
Just towards the end of November, we had widespread dense fog settled over the country. London was a major interest spot as many people commute to and from London every day as well as inner city working individuals using London transport or other alternatives. The fog was so bad, those who drove into work were advised to leave their vehicles at home or not to travel at all if it wasn't necessary. Even air travel was cancelled in case of a midair collision. During the fog, there were suspicions from some members of the public that the presents of the fog was down to Chem-trails being sprayed out of airplanes that fly high up in the sky above the clouds. It is visible to see that there has been a lot more of this activity in the air than in previous years, but whether or not this changes the course of the weather is yet to be considered.

Soon after the fog, London was experiencing rather warm weather patterns so close to December. It's as if it's all happening in reverse. Some have predicted hot days to come over the festive season, but now that we are in December, the bitterly cold weather has definitely set in and has been rife. With this in mind and the sight of seeing people once again wearing padded clothing, it seems thing may be going back to normal after-all.
